Dear Customer,

Further to our previous correspondence, we would like to give you a further update as it has now been 3 weeks since we started to bring back our work force and commenced manufacturing.

We are still working on a phased comeback and therefore have limited shift capacity and a skeleton staff in the office. This enables us to adhere to government guidelines regarding health and safety in the workplace.

At present our order bank received is exceeding our restricted daily capacity and we do not anticipate this to change in the short term. As you are all aware Rose Roofing prides itself on offering a quality and flexible at a competitive price, we therefore endeavour to service all our customers requirements in the most timely fashion possible. In these unprecedented times our lead times are going to be extended certainly for at least the next two months and most likely beyond.

We advise all our customers to manage your stock levels aiming at an order turnaround of 10 working days. Whilst we will do everything possible to deliver product in a quick and timely manner, we feel it is necessary to inform you of this extended time from order to delivery. We hope this will help you manage your stock so we do not have situations where you are out of stock.

Upon return to manufacturing we have spoken with key suppliers and they are working to meet our order demand on time. They as most of us are working on limited capacity and we have already faced instances where delays in deliveries have left us short of key raw materials. We are working to mitigate these issues in advance and have placed additional orders for stock of raw materials.

We believe communication will be key to all businesses in the short term and if we do get issues with our supply chain, we will inform customers immediately.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Stay Safe,

Yours sincerely,

Nick Sykes
